  5. @M. Case: thanks dude. No requirement for email anymore.

    @Molly: Thanks mate.

@Jaimie: Alien Sex Party was a comedy show we saw the other night, and (for anyone else wondering how it came up in the first place), I twittered about it here.

It’s been a very long time buddy – how are things? We’re in Singapore now…
Your name still pops up every now and then between Sarah and I. Caught up on your flickr photos. So what have you been up to? Drop us an email!

  13. I asked myself the same thing when it did the rounds at work today. Hard to know, but if it is, it’s very cool.

  14. Hi Dayne,

Thanks for the nice words, I’m glad you find Twittercal useful.

And yes, I’m the only one operating Twittercal.

    Take care.

  15. Haha, “shenanigans”. Actually, Google is up to some shenanigans. Looks like someone registered our new bot.im domain on google apps and google is forwarding all gtalk jabber traffic to their servers as opposed to our jabber server. You can still contact your bot using any other jabber account. We’ve contacted google and hope to have it resolved soon. And yes, anyone can claim they own a domain while signing up for google apps which will essentially “lock out” the real domain owner from administering it. Crazy, but true.

  17. But would it be a present for ‘that special someone’, or a present for you?

    Posted August 12, 2008 at 4:06 pm | Permalink
  18. It’s a Gift Horse thing. If that special someone expects a goddamn birthday present next year, then that special someone will take the goddamn contact lenses and that special someone will like them, dammit!

(Actually, I’d best throttle back the rage there, or hypothetical other readers will get the wrong idea about who exactly “that special someone” is. Handsome fella or no, you in those contact lenses is an image that I can live without.)

hao does it work? what do i have to put in the custom 4-field?

    Posted August 19, 2008 at 6:48 pm | Permalink
  21. Hi Klaus.

You shouldn’t have to explicitly put anything in “Custom 4″. All that should be handled within the plugin itself.

I am hoping to put a video tutorial on Youtube over the next few days… I will comment here when that’s available.

Thanks very much for taking a look.

    And again the comment is:

“Going incognito doesn’t affect the behavior of other people, servers, or software. Be wary of:
Websites that collect or share information about you [, ..... ,] People standing behind you”

Hmmm …. anyone know a website that collects information and uses it to index advertising so as to generate $B a year ??

…. or have I just come up with a brilliant new business plan ??

  30. Do a 'view source' and you'll see the actual secure page is actually contained in a frame. Poor design, but at least they are using SSL.
